The Eaton/Moeller DILA-40 four pole control relay comes with 4 normally open poles and an AC or DC rated coil (must specify voltage below). This industrial control relay is rated for 10 AMPS, has screw terminals and extra DILA-XHI auxiliaries can be added for up to 4 more additional contacts. For a different pole configuration than the DILA-40, Eaton offers the DILA-22, which has 2 normally open and 2 normally closed poles, and the DILA-31, which has 3 normally open and 1 normally closed poles.
