All sales are final and returns are not accepted. If the item is defective, it will be replaced and a new one will be sent out to the same shipping address specified. Special Order items cannot be returned. All Sales are deemed final after payment. In the case of shipping damage, please call our shipping department at 773-677-8956 and we will fix the problem by ordering the same item and shipping promptly. Once our parts leave our facility, no returns are accepted as parts are not salable as new. Items are shipped via UPS, FedEX, and USPS. Tracking numbers are updated via email. In the case of special orders, emails will be sent out weekly to keep the customer updated about their order.

As soon as an item leaves our facility, we update both the customers email & customer account with a tracking number. Tracking is done via UPS, FedEX and USPS . If a tracking number is not seen within 3 days, please message or call us and we will be happy to send you a tracking number for your order.

How Soon Can I Expect My Order?
